Villa Borghese Wedding

Stephanie and Marc’s wedding took place at the Villa Borghese Wedding Venue in Wappingers Falls, New York. We started off their photography coverage at a beautiful salon where all the girls had their hair and makeup done. After that we headed to Stephanie & Marc’s home for the rest of the “getting ready” portion of their day. Once everyone was all set we then drove to a nearby park for the official bridal party formals and finally finished off the rest of their wedding day at the Villa Borghese. Their wedding day was a complete success and the happy couple were so thrilled with their collection of wedding images.

The bride gets ready with her bridesmaids on the morning of her wedding day.I had Stephanie’s bridesmaids crowd around her and help her with the final stages of getting on her wedding dress. By placing all the girls in front of a window I was able to use the natural light and create this gorgeous photograph of all the girls smiling and laughing together.
At her Villa Borghese wedding, Stephanie walks down the aisle towards her new husband.One of the tips I give all my brides and grooms is try not to focus and look at all your relatives and friends that will ultimately be taking your photograph while you walk down the aisle. For the bride, it is especially important for her to focus her attention on her soon to be husband waiting for her at the alter.

What Villa Borghese wedding would be complete without our bride and groom smiling as they leave their ceremony space.I try to keep my distant from my bride and grooms as they walk down the aisle. This gives me plenty of frames to catch them smiling and leaving their wedding.

The Avenue in Long Branch, New Jersey

The Avenue in Long Branch, New Jersey is a very up and coming part of the Jersey Shore. The Avenue, where Kasey and Josh were married was definitely no exception. Their venue was right on the beach and provided some amazing views during their wedding ceremony. Afterwards, we were able to walk right onto the sand for the couple’s wedding portraits. We shot all their family formals with the ocean in the background, which made for some really beautiful group shots. Kasey & Josh were really into using all the time they had. We ended up shooting right up until sunset and we were able to capture some great silhouette shots at the end of the evening.
