I don’t get inquires for pet photography very often, but when I was contacted to photograph the adorable Melvin the Cat, I couldn’t resist. He was a total sweetheart and followed me around the entire time I was trying to photograph him haha. His owner even sat with him for a few shots. Their pet parrot even joined in on the fun! I had a great time getting to photograph this little fury guy.

Newtown PA Photographer - Here Melvin the Cat found a nice warm spot in the sun to take his afternoon nap.When Melvin was finished following me around, he found a nice little warm patch of sun to take a little nap in. I used my Canon 70-200 zoomed all the way into 200mm so I could keep my distance from him and not to disturb his little nap.
Newtown PA Photographer - The sun gave Melvin a nice warm bath as he took a nice nap in the leaves outside his home in Newtown, PA.Shooting with extremely shallow depth of field allowed me to really focus on Melvin and showcase the beautiful fall foliage.
